Life, Liberty and the Fruits of Labor (Property)

Installment #1 (Please follow all installments before you make up your mind.)

I promise you there is a better way to life without reinventing the wheel. All the answers already have been given in the 18th and 19th centuries and today's technologies will help us through this new Cooperative Revolution that started on 09/24/2017

It all starts with the our natural (inalienable rights) Life, Liberty and Property. The last right is never really discussed much. The first two are pretty much self explanatory. Though once you start asking questions about what do they mean by Property and why is it a protected right that no one can take away without legal cause? Well first we have to understand where property comes from. Property is not normally given to us, we generally have to earn it first through Labor and then can sell or trade it (transferable). Secondly property is not just a plot of land. If property as a natural right was just real estate, the stolen lands of the native Indians would have been given back after the Bill of Rights was written. So the logical conclusion is that Property is not just land that we or our ancestors had to Labor for it.

This (Fruits of Labor = Property) is really important and I will explain how this effects every aspect of our lives in future installments.

If Property which is the Fruits of our Labor is a natural right then why after the end of slavery do we still sell our labor?
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights kicked off legal motions in progressive states that understood that our natural rights where in conflict with slavery. After these natural rights where enforced by a governing body, there was no way you could acquire property or purse happiness by being in indentured servitude or slavery.

Around half of all immigrants to the new world were under indentured servitude. All creeds, nationalities and skin color where tasked to pay off their trip to America with years of labor before they were free. Some where beaten and worse, it didn't matter what skin color you had. The evil turning point was when Africans were no longer allowed to earn their freedom and wrongly classified as property of their purchasers.

Today we can't imagine that this ever happened and that we can never let something like this happen again. Though years from now people will be saying the same thing about renting your labor that still happens in the 21st century.

Indentured Servitude in not that different than the employment contracts of today. You still do not have a say in your work product. You can not show up for work when you want or don't want to. You can't make your job easier through implementing new procedures or technology without approvals or budget finances. Working conditions have improved through labor unions and regulations though Unions are on a death spiral and regulations are being assaulted. Today employers are monitoring your home lives and extra circular activities and punishing employees for not following the companies political agenda. I can go on and on about the similarities of Indentured Servitude and the Employment contract of today.

If one is illegal than why do we still rent our labor when we are given the right to our property (Fruits of Labor)?

The answer lies in the history of the culture that allowed slavery to go on for so long.

Now that Pandora is out of the box (09/24/2017) what do we do? Where do you go from here? How do we get the Life promised to us through the Constitution and the Bill of Rights?

I will outline all of this in future installments. Each new installment will be added when $1000 in steem is earned for each new posting. 100% of the Proceeds go to making the SOCIALMARKET OPEN COOP possible. STOP WORKING! StartCooperating.com
