1. Kabir Bedi

Kabir Bedi is an Indian film and television actor.

He is also well known for his acting in other countries.

He is best remembered for his role of villain's aide Gobinda in James Bond movie Octopussy.

He is well known in Italy and speaks Italian fluently along with being famous in United States as well.

He is regarded as one of the first international actors from India.

Bedi is also famous for stage acting and has acted in Shakespeare's Othelo, The Vultures, The Far Pavilions to name a few.

His well known Indian films include Taj Mahal: An Eternal Love Story, Kacche Dhaage, Khoon Bhari Maang, Main Hoon Na, Gautamiputra Satakarni(Telugu Movie).

Kabir Bedi is an voting member of Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and also voting member of Screen Actors Guild Award.

He has been awarded with Italy's highest civilian award "Cavaliere (Knight) of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic".

2. O. P. Nayyar

O. P. Nayyar was an Indian film music composer, singer, songwriter, musician and music producer who was famous for his work with almost all famous singers of Indian cinema except Lata Mangeshkar.

He had good number of songs with Asha Bhosle, Mohammad Rafi, Geeta Dutt.

Some of the famous movies where Nayyar composed music are Naya Daur, Tumsa Nahin Dekha, Phir Wohi Dil Laya Hoon, Sone Ki Chidiya, Kismat to name a few.

Nayyar received Filmfare Award for Best Music Director for movie Naya Daur in 1958.

3. Subhash Mukhopadhyay

Subhash Mukhopadhyay was an Indian physician who is the creator of India's first and world's second test tube baby using in-vitro fertilization(IVF).

Mukhopadhyay was one among the 1100 medical scientists from 100 countries mentioned in "Dictionary of Medical Biography" published by World Foundation.

Mukhopadhyay was a double doctorate holder(one from Calcutta University for reproductive physiology, other from University of Edinburgh for reproductive endocrynology).

4. Jay Mehta

Jay Mehta is an Indian businessman and owner of Mehta Group (founded by his grand father) along with 2 more companies Saurashtra Cements Ltd. and Gujarat Sidhee Cement Ltd.

Jay Mehta is also a co-owner of India Premier League team "Kolkata Knight Riders" with Shahrukh Khan.

He also holds the feet for being husband of former Miss India and one of the beautiful Bollywood actresses Juhi Chawla.

5. Nanabhoy Palkhivala

Nanabhoy Palkhivala was an Indian economist and jurist who is a son of middle class Parsi parents and the last name or family name is derived from their family profession of manufacturers of palanquins(palkhis).

He served as barrister and most of the time he used to be the center of attraction in the court and was known to be the defender of the rights and an supporter of rights of freedom of expression and freedom of press.

He was also known for his economic knowledge and is acknowledged as the person who authored tax law draft guide to International Monetary Fund, which is still being used.

He served as Indian Ambassador to the United States from 1977 to 1979.

He was honoured with India's second highest civilian award Padma Vibhushan.
