Always good to have a referral program running. It helps to build the community quickly and early if it is fair and user-friendly.
I'm just a bit worried about this one though because of the gaps between the stake transitions. I've never, ever even close to getting 10 in any project. I think that the lack of reward may put the little guy off from trying hard.
