WhatsApp Chatbot - A Great Tool for School/College

Schools nowadays use WhatsApp groups to communicate with parents about college policies, exam timetables, and updates on on-campus events.

But what if we wish to distribute identical information to the parents of all college students? Assume there are 1000 pupils in a school, and I want to communicate the school day schedule to all of their parents. WhatsApp groups fall short in this regard. I could also utilize WhatsApp broadcast, but that has a 256-contact restriction! However, this takes time.
