Excellent opportunity: Work from home: Online tutors/teachers required

Friends, I have been assigned this responsibility for recruiting tutors from different parts of world for our new establishment.
Brief introduction: online tutoring establishment consists of partners from US/UK/China/India/UAE. Looking for huge numbers of tutors for various subjects. Already have data bank of registered students who are looking for quality education sitting at their home. Being a new identity in market we are planning to keep minimum margin from the tuition fee and maximum amount of fee shall be shared with Tutors. Moreover, weekly pay-outs shall be there and pay-out shall be increased based on rating provided by students.

Note: Tutor may also purpose the new subject (for specialized courses) other than the traditional subjects. Traditional subjects consist of Subjects from class 1st to 12th along with subjects for graduation courses.
Terms &Conditions:

1. All payments shall be in the form of Bitcoin or ethereum only.
2. Please apply only if you can spare minimum 8-10 hours per week.
3. Online interface between tutor & Student shall be provided by us.
4. Tutor shall bear the expenditure on desktop/laptop/internet etc.
5. 15 minutes’ online interaction shall be conducted before registration of tutors.
6. Candidates interested in long term contract shall be preferred.
7. After completion of 6 months or 240 hours of lectures, special training shall be provided to manage various students sitting at different parts of world. No fee shall be charged for these trainings. These trainings shall be provided online only, by experts from all over the world.
8. Groups of teachers shall be identified and same students (for different subjects) shall be assigned. It will help in generating continuous flow of income.
9. Lectures shall be conducted in English language. Or based on student choice.
10. Tutors can also purpose new subjects (for specialised courses) other than the traditional subjects. Traditional subjects consist of Subjects from class 1st to 12thalong with subjects for graduation courses.
