With that aside, when I connect my tablet and phone (the app isn’t optimised for tablets but it works), it became a powerful force. Utterly brilliant. Media playback was near-instant and responsive as I seeked through different files and parts of a film. Local video including 4K quality worked smoothly which was awesome. Imagine having a memory card or thumb drive loaded up with your favourite films and videos shared among your family during a holiday, flight or getaway. No need to worry about data usage, loss of signal and cost as it’s all available offline without the need for a single cable.
I played two different videos on my devices and it was incredible to see them play with no issues or buffering. That’s all I had to connect, but even if you have 4-6 people at a time, the 5Ghz and fast connectivity shouldn’t pose a problem and would be even more mindblowing to have this pocket-friendly device streaming to a large group easily.
