One plus 5 follows one plus 3T which was the one of the best budget phone of 2016. Will OnePlus next Phone will rivaled High-end phones like One Plus 3T has done??? Can it give the new Galaxy S8 and LG G6 a run for their money???

So yes, confirmed news about the launch sure comes as a relief. But what do we know about the OnePlus 5 so far?

The OnePlus CEO Pete Lau had earlier said that, "The OnePlus 5 is going to be extremely thin, or in other words the thinnest OnePlus phone." It may look like iPhone 7 Plus. The new OnePlus 5 colors comes along with the grey and black, which OnePlus 3t has.

If the Leaked Picture is accurate than One Plus will be curvier.

Very few things have been confirmed till now. OnePlus 5 will come with snapdragon 835 this was confirmed by both OnePlus and Qualcomm, which makes this processor. Pete Lau has confirmed that the phone will come with 1080P full HD Screen. It is almost a surety that the OnePlus 5 will come with at least 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Evan Blass of @evleaks fame tweeted that Amazon already has a OnePlus 5 product page ready that shows the phone with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

Another thing is confirmed is that it will come with dual camera set up on the back. OnePlus 5,image hints that the phone has a primary image sensor that captures 16-megapixel images. The phone will come with Dash charging feature, a fingerprint scanner, 16-megapixel camera similar to the front camera of the OnePlus 3T.

One Plus 5 will come with the latest Android version 7.1(Nougat). OnePlus 5 may come with some new features. Some cool photography features that make use of the dual-camera functionality.

OnePlus 5 release date:

The OnePlus 5 release date is confirmed as June 20, 2017 and launched it now. The launch event and retail release are expected to fall on the same day.
The details of the locations and how to attend the launches are listed on a new page set-up by OnePlus and the news was confirmed by OnePlus CEO Pete Lau on Twitter.

OnePlus 5 will launch in India on June 22 at an event in Delhi. the phone will be available for sale - according to a leaked Amazon India page - from 4.30PM.

OnePlus 5 price:

The OnePlus 5 to cost at least £329, and possibly somewhere even north of £400 depending on manufacturing costs. India price for the OnePlus 5 is Rs. 32,999/- having black and Grey slate variants.

When Is the Launch Event?

The launch event will take place at 12pm EST (9am PST/5pm BST). You can watch OnePlus 5 event online. In addition, the company will be holding pop-up launch events in many major cities, including London, New York, and Berlin, on 20 June and 21 June. The phone will be show off to a live audience at each of these events.

The event is expected to be live streamed on YouTube for the world to see. OnePlus last night confirmed the date and time of the unveiling of its next creation.
