1.Different currency
2.Different currency value

1. Difference in shipping costs,VAT and customs
   4.Different law and labor policies for different countries.

Honestly this isn't a satisfying response, kind of lazy with vagueness and no specifics. 1 &2 don't add anything. The phones are made in China and assembled in China or India. Vat or tax or tariffs could explain it, but they could be more explicit and say that tax is 50 euro more per handset in the EU, if that was the case you could understand where their pricing comes from but they chose not to properly respond.
