How to obtain and info
The Rumble-Rumble Fruit or the Goro-Goro No Mi is a Logia type devil fruit that makes the user a lightning man. In the anime, this fruit is used by Enel,the "god" of Skypiea. The fruit can be obtained by finding it, buying it from the Black Market, or Gacha. It costs 1,800,000 Beli and 3 gems.

Summary
The Rumble Fruit is one of the best fruits in the entire game, and is the best Logia fruit, but there are other decent Logias beside just Snow and Rumble for PvP and grinding. It's attacks deal massive damage, and it grants double teleportation to the user, which is applicable for PvP. It also grants the usual Logia intangibility which is very useful for grinding. It also has low refresh, excellent high-range,and AoE moves which are great for Raids, PvP fights, and farming. When you're trapped in a Ethor or Raigo you can barely move(haven't tried for the other moves). Overall this is an excellent fruit for all fields.

Attacks
Z: Dragon (0)
Dragon is a lightning strike that has a medium to long range. The lighting strike is thrown from the right hand, and has a very fast travel speed. The head of the lightning strike is a dragon, when it hits the ground it breaks it. The attack itself is blue and white colored with a zigzag motion, and has a refresh of 3 seconds. It deals 4,712 to 4709 damage.

What the Dragon attack looks like.

X: Beam (50)
5 consecutive lightning blasts that are medium range, the lightning blasts are white colored that have an electric effect surrounding it. The lightning blasts are fast, and the attack itself lasts for 2 seconds. Each lightning blast does 1,525 damage, in total dealing 7,625 damage. Note that this attack keeps you standing wherever you fired, which includes the air so be careful with being frozen for the duration of the attack. the refresh is 6 seconds.

C: Elthor (100)
Your character will summon a lightning blast that strikes the ground. This lightning blast is a thick beam that has a relatively good AOE. Anyone who is close to it will also get hit even if their not directly inside the blast. You can aim this attack from a fairly long distance, and the refresh is only 13 seconds long. Elthor does 10 hits each doing 937 damage, in total doing 9,370 damage. This is an incredibly useful attack due to its long range, short refresh, and most importantly the fact that it can get rid of a person's Kenbunshoku Haki. You can't teleport outside the attack either once your inside since your cursor will teleport you inside the walls of the blast. This means that it's hard to get out without having taken significant damage.

What Elthor looks like.

V: Raigo (150)
A massive ball of thunder that's thrown from the sky to the ground. When you first use the attack a cloud forms in the sky and from it Raigo is thrown down. The speed that it takes to reach the ground is 3 seconds, and has the same range as Elthor. The AoE is massive due to it's gigantic size. The attack itself is a blue ball with a lightning effect that makes other Logia ball attacks look like dwarfs. Raigo will hit everything inside it, and similar to Elthor it will still hit enemies that are close to it. Also like Elthor, teleporting out of it is difficult since your cursor will be pointing at the walls of the attack instead of the outside. Raigo hits 10 times dealing 1,601 damage per hit. In total, Raigo deals 16,010 damage. The most powerful attack, it's a bit difficult to hit moving targets with this attack it's crippling and also destroys Kenbunshoku Haki. The refresh is 25 seconds long.

E: Electroportation (200)
Using the E key you can teleport the same way as Soru. When you teleport you leave a trail of lightning behind you. You can hold this teleportation for a more accurate travel. The refresh is 7 seconds.
