In this video, we talk about your "energy zone" and how to get into it. It's very important when you're taking photos or videos especially with videos because the energy that comes across in your filming is so real and so direct that the viewer can sense it. While I believe authenticity is first, energy comes after. The more authentic you are and more comfortable you are about your subject, the greater energy you're going to project onto the camera and the more you're going to fit into your energy zone.
