I know where you are coming from. I had a lot of grudges one time in my life. Held on to them longer than I should have. I had to forgive everyday and it took a long time.
Keeping anger inside is always a bad thing @cosmiccrimes. It builds up and causes many problems in your life. It is always better to confront the situation in a peaceful manner and also talk to someone that you care about to release that anger from within you. May you and your family always have a blessed day.
