This video doesn't really explain the technical details. I see they have a github repo but I'm no C++ dev.
It sounds like some kind of private blockchain mlm, which sounds interesting. The hatred from governments and certain trolls also interests me. If it was just some scam, governments wouldn't hate it as much.
