Why Bible Prophecy Matters! “The Rise of a One World Government”. Part One
To Understand the concept of a one world government, its intent and its author, we have to go back to the beginning with our first father and mother, Adam and Eve. Let us return to the Garden of Eden, where our first mom and dad walked with God daily in intimate relationship with our loving and all wise Heavenly Father. It was perfect, no mosquitos at least that bite, you could eat as much as you wanted and never get fat and there where no traffic jams or mean neighbours. How I long for those days again!
But there was one intruder in the garden, he looked like the other snakes, but this one talked! Always be careful of talking snakes or angles that contradict God’s word! The serpent Satan was the author of in sighting our original parents to revolt against God and go their own way. The knowledge of evil was birthed into the hearts of mankind, which has manifested in many attempts throughout history to build our own kingdoms separate from God’s. Not only did we rebel, they believed Satan’s lies about God (twisted His words) and become intrigued with forbidden knowledge. Adam and Eve learned evil and did evil, and they had the hubris’s to believe they could become like God. They were not satisfied with being made in His Image, nor having direct access and fellowship with their Father. These lies are at the heart of the New World Order and the coming One World Government. Read Genesis 3 to understand Satan trickery.
From that horrible day, mankind has longed for secrets and mysterious knowledge that somehow by obtaining it we will no longer need God or His salvation. For thousands of years mysterious and secret religions have been the birthing grounds of this false self-governing utopia’s, that apart from the true God many have embraced the false, the evil, and the great god of light hidden in mystic and evil powers.
Truthfully, nothing is hidden and all civilizations and empires that have chosen to believe these lies have all failed and been destroyed through their own deceptions, greed, violence, power and lust. Yes, they have had many labels, deities, but they all end the same; Ancient Egypt, Babylon, Persia, Assyrians, Greece, Rome, Aztecs, Mayans, The Viking Kingdoms, Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin or Mao (communism and socialism are a modern versions with mankind in the center, controlling and absent of acknowledging God intentionally).
These god-men kingdoms that demand absolute worship and loyalty to their perverse causes end either from direct judgement from God or implode under the weight of there toxic evil societies. This same story will be played out with the rise of the next 10 king confederation that will usher in the ultimate rebellion against God. This 10 Regional Kingdom will embrace the most charismatic Satan filled individual the world has ever seen. He will take power through deception and murder 3 of the kings and take over the global system. This world government will be in complete rebellion towards Jesus and our heavenly Father and Jesus will ultimately OVERCOME and DESTROY the Antichrist's Kingdom at His second coming.
We see the second attempt of Satan after the garden fiasco to insight himself once again through humanity in Genesis 11:1-9. The text tells us the whole earth spoke one language. Nothing amiss at this point, but then the story gets interesting. The setting of this event is on a plain in the land of Shinar (modern southern Iraq), where a large amount of humanity gathered; which was a direct act of disobedience to God’s command to disperse and fill the earth Genesis 1: 28; 9: 1, 7. Corporately, they decided to build a city and a great tower with it tops in the heavens so they can make a name for themselves. No mention of seeking God, and this was a Satanic inspired project with the clear object to NOT disperse over the face of the whole earth. This got GOD’s attention and He comes down to evaluate their city and tower. This is a great reminder for all of us, before we decide to BUILD anything make sure we have God’s blessing BEFORE hand and that it is He leading us and it is done for His glory…not our own!
God always evaluates things accurately (we have blurred vision most of the time at best or see dimly); but God gets to the heart of the matter. One people, one language, and one evil intent to go their own way outside of God’s direction and this was merely the beginning of what they intended. God desires his people to be UNIFIED in purpose under His guidance, but it is also important to know so does Satan. The whole agenda of the New World Order will be a unified project, just as the Tower of Babel was and now with growing confidence they were building. “And nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them”. Vs. 6.
Just so you know, God always gets his way because His is all GOOD and all POWERFUL. He will allow us to go our own way for a season, but He will intervene as a LOVING FATHER. All good fathers do that when they see they children going down a destructive path. God steps in with Jesus (it does say “US”) and confuses their language so they could no longer understand each other. Have you ever been in a foreign country and you do not know their language and you need help? Well that’s what happens when we like sheep go astray, we feel lost for a season and wander and wonder what to do next. God stepped in to accomplish His perfect will and man was dispersed over the face of the whole earth (possibly God helped the process by dividing the continents at this time).
The story concludes that the name was called “BABEL” which means: to confuse, to mix, to mingle. The rebellion would continue in limited regions or empires, and the great city of Babylon (derived from the word babel) was the next city to defy God as they were a ruthless power hunger people, innovative, but deeply entrenched in the OCCULT…Mystery Babylon which will manifest in the Last Days once again. Revelations 17-18.
