Steve Jobs talking about what happens when the marketing/sales people take over from a 'product' founder is... eerie!

Steve Jobs being interviewed in 1995 about life and success, when questioned about hiring employees he explains that if you get A players they will only want to work with other A players and the B and C players won't be allowed , creating a self policed team of truly gifted employees.
