Omnia & Genesis-Mining, is it real partnership or not?

Omnia-tech is a new CLOUD MINING website, claiming they are in partnership with Genesis-Mining.
Is this TRUE? Or is it a FAKE news?

Genesis-Mining has a Twitter profile (https://twitter.com/genesismining), recently I saw this post:
"There are no special relationships with Omnia in this regard. Only the service of providing hashpower and related mining expertise"

What does this mean?
Omnia-Tech hasn't got any mining facilities, they're simply buying hashrate at Genesis-Mining!!!

Is it worth joining Omnia-Tech?
Omnia-Tech offers great earning possibilities for big leaders and people able to create a big downline.
