Beautiful Sunday
In the Kitchen
I had a #beautifulsunday here in Michigan. It is the Fourth of July holiday weekend and very busy! I spent a lot of time in the kitchen which I don't mind at all because I enjoy cooking! As many of you know I live on a lake, but did not venture out at all. I know it probably sounds counterintuitive, but it is way too busy to be enjoyable to me. I rather wait a day or two until all the masses head back home and the lake becomes peaceful again.
Fried Dumplings
I love Asian food and one of my favorite dishes is fried dumplings or also known as potstickers. It is a weekend habit of mine to fry up a batch! I have to say I have gotten them down pretty well over the years. I think my rival any restaurant ones! Plus they are very simple to make!

You tried eating potstickers with vinegar. I think it goes quite nicely together. Like the Japanese gyoza.

Those dumplings look good. I don't think I've eaten a pot sticker before but they look good. I do the same thing with green onions. Putting the white ends in water on the windowsill to regrow. I've had my current ones since March. They They last a while.
Really?!?! Never had a potsticker? Now that is awfully sad and should be remedied ASAP! You don't care for Chinese food?
