O.J. Simpson Granted Release From Prison After 9 Years!

Hello to all of my Steemians out there! Hope everyone is having great night! Im sure many people heard about the news this week, that O.J. Simpson was granted his Parole so he will be released on supervision coming this October 1st! He spent the last 9 years in Lovelock Correctional State Prison after being found guilty for the Armed Robbery he Committed in Las Vegas back in 2007. There are many people who are upset and mad that he is being released, but I am actually very happy or him, because he was sentenced to 9-33 years for a crime that most people in Nevada would only be sentenced to for a few years normally. Everyone knows that the judge had it out for him and wanted to over sentence him based off of the fact that he was found not guilty for his Murder Case that he faced back in the day, which is wrong and unjust. But it happened, and even though he was railroaded by that judge, he never complained about the sentence he was given, and he made the best of his time while he was incarcerated. I actually live in the state of Nevada where he served his time at, so Ive been following his time because the local news is always doing stories on him. O.J. is now 70 years old, however it looks like he is in great shape, and seems to be in good spirits ready to go home to his family. He may not be the most liked guy in america, but I think he deserves a little credit for handling himself the way he has being in his position. Hes expected to live a quiet life when he gets home and plans to stay out of the publics view, so he can enjoy his freedom, his family, and the remaining years of his life!
