New Madras Fault Quakes and Oil Pipelines

The people who joined the Standing Rock to protest against the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) would have spent their time better marching to demand that the federal government upgrade all existing oil pipelines to the same standard as the DAPL. Yes, as a classical liberal I'm generally opposed to such things, but when earthquakes begin to rip the New Madras Fault, it will not be the modern, new pipelines that poison the rivers, lakes and fields, but the many old lines. And these quakes are coming soon, brought to you by the new grand solar minimum.
