It's been cooler than usual the last couple of weeks for us in Korea, but I love the Siberian air. Now we are starting to get Chinese air again. Practically speaking it is warm but a headache.

When that happens the Siberian air gets pushed toward the Hudson bay. I think you might actually not get dumped with a foot of snow but the world is crazy. The thing you have to consider is how long it will be below freezing. If it is more than a couple hours and a couple degrees then yes, you might have to cover the fruit trees.
