An Italian village is selling homes for just $1!

Yes, you read the tittle right. The village called Cinquefrondi is actually selling properties at their village for only $1.14 to be exact because of migration of its majority of population in search of work to the cities have lead the decline of the people in the city moreover they are claiming to have zero covid-19 cases in the village .

Cinquefrondi, which means 'five villages', is surrounded by the natural beauty, The houses available for one euro are roughly 40-50 square meters wide. They are located in the historical ancient part of Cinquefrondi and some of them have a balcony view too.
Okay, that's obviously lucrative if not to live here, people can still buy the house and make it vacation home or so! But wait before you discuss this offer with you family and friends, there are conditioned applied and which are-

  1. Whether Italian or not you can still apply.
  2. Cost is €1, but buyers have to start renovation of the house within 3 months of purchase and complete it within following 3 years.
  3. Should have the house insuranced and bureaucratic paperwork needed to completed for the transfer of property.
