Visita silenciosa: Una abejita.

Una abejita llegó a mi balcón
tal vez a descansar
en un hermoso y brillante día
que nos regaló el sol.

Me pregunté que buscaba
pues estaba muy bien instalada
en una espléndida hoja
verde intenso y briosa.

Pensé que tal vez agua
y curiosa revisé
mas nada pude ver
¡ni una gota observé!

Se quedó quietecita
mas cuando volví a observar
nada había en la hoja
ni en otro lugar.

Se marchó como vino
sin aspavientos ni avisar
silenciosa con respeto
no nos quiso molestar.

English version

Silent visit: A little bee.

A little bee came to my balcony
maybe to rest
on a beautiful and bright day
that gave us the sun.

I wondered what I was looking for
because it was very well installed
on a splendid and intense
and lively green leaf.

I thought that maybe water
and curious I checked
but nothing I could not see
not a drop I observed

It stood still
when I looked again
there is nothing on the leaf
or anywhere else.

It left like came
without fuss or warning
silent with respect
it did not want to disturb us.

NOTE.
Bringing this text into English was a difficult task, to maintain the ideas expressed in the poem created in Spanish.
I helped myself with the Google translator but the changes in meaning forced me to check again and again.
This version is the one that best adheres to the original content; versification is lost more.
