I am back again to share some of my stories this past few days, and i am Happy to share with you some of my daily activities as a mom and as a momtreprenuer. Well last friday i am a stage mom wherein i support my eldest son to his first BoyScout Investiture and Overnight Camping Activities, At first i am afraid that he might get lost on their overnight camping since parents are not allowed to stay long inside the school, but i got relieve when i saw lots of guards to secure the students inside the school.

The Boyscout Investiture

Is a ceremony, the time when a Scout, by means of the words of the Scout Promise, publicly announces their commitment to the Scout Law. At the ceremony, the Scout makes the Promise to the Scouts and Scouters of their troop and to all the Scouts of the world.

The Kid Scout

The Kid scout are those students in Kinder up to grade 3 students.

I am so happy and very proud to kuya shean since i can feel that he can manage some simple obligations and responsibilities in their school, By doing this! and did i tell you guys that kuya shean payed for his Boyscout Investiture came from his own money.^^ I am very happy and proud of him.

It's Saturday!

Me and my young son Jc ace went to grocery to buy some candle's since the month of November is coming and i am preparing for the all soul's day to visit my mom and my father in law to the cemetery, But first i give him something to eat for his lunch before we went there and take him to school.

I found this Glittery Candle so cute that cost each 15 pesos only ($0.28) comes with a cute box and 2 pcs candle inside, available in color Gold, Violet, Blue, Green and Red!

The Ginisang Monggo

This Ginisang Monggo was very common and popular mung bean dish here in my country (Philippines) This dish was sauteed mung beans seed and it is complemented by different flavors like meat, seafood, and vegetables! and my son used to love eating vegetables!

Hot to Cook Ginisang Monggo?

• Cook 30 MINS
• Difficulty EASY
• Prep 60 Mins
• Serves 3 people

You'll Need!

• 1 cup whole mongo beans 4 cups water 2 tbsp vegetable cooking oil 5 cloves garlic, mashed 1 pc medium -sized onion, chopped 3 pcs medium -sized red tomatoes, chopped

• ¼ kilo pork strips, seasoning, ¼ cup ampalaya, sliced very thinly (optional) 1 cup malungay leaves Topping: 1/2 cup crushed pork chicharon (optional)

Start to Cook!

• Since monggo is a seed, you need to wash the seeds first in water to get rid of the unwanted dirt they might have collected. And since monggo is a kind of dried bean, you need to soak monggo in water to soften them because seeds absorb water. soak the monggo for a minimum of 1 hour but the longer you soak them, the less time you need to cook them. Make sure to remove the floating particles on top.

• start sautéing the garlic, onions and tomatoes in a saucepan for about 2 minutes or more.

• Throw in the pork strips and saute until nicely browned. Drain the beans from the soaking water the add into your pot. Pour in 4 cups water, and seasoning. Let this simmer until the beans can easily be mashed. Just a tip, if you want a thinner soup consistency, you may add more water. On the other hand, if you want a thicker soup consistency, simply lessen the amount of water or you may continue cooking until the sauce thickens.

• Just need to add in the ampalaya and cook this for 2 minutes more before adding in the malunggay.

The Sardines!

We even manage to eat a very simple dish wish is the Sardinas or Commonly known as Sardines in Can! This is best when to put as a filling on the bread!

Sunday!

Yesterday even we have a busy schedule we still not forget to go to church and spend 1 hour for our loving father. after the mass we found a massage place wherein Blind people do it for you for only 60 pesos per 30 minutes. ($1.11)

After the 30 minutes massage, we found a newly open ice cream both The Swils Ice Cream and i Just buy my favorite flavor which is the Blueberry Spinners for only 49 pesos ($0.91)

They also have more flavors to choose from, That will depends on your taste, Price starts at 15 pesos ($0.28) up to 99 pesos ($1.83) as cheap as that, but the taste was good enough for the price of it!

Sunday Dinner!

For our dinner we decide to buy lechon manok a Roast chicken for only 150 pesos ($2.77)and you will get the one whole Roast chicken! every corner of the street has a stall of Roasted chicken, since this was a very famous food for filipino.

And Last Coffee Break in late evening! I cant leave without a cup of coffee in the morning and before i sleep, Coffee for me is my comfort beverage and it give me strength for the whole day!
