Today's dream: Stalking zombies in the dark

There were zombies in my home. It felt like Minecraft, where they make noises behind the wall and you know they're there but there's nothing to do. The orange light from a lightbulb in the kitchen was all that illuminated the hectic hallway. I looked at the wall from various angles, entered a room to find the hole. It was tiny, 15 cm in height and 40 cm in width, in the middle of the wall in a room.

Time passed, I walked around talking with people, helping move stuff, but I was passively worried about the zombies, hearing them all the time. Then, a visitor came, walking carelessly. He simply went next to the zombie room and I approached him to warn him.

"There are zombies there!", I said, and he didn't seem fazed, he just stood there as if waiting.

Then I saw the first zombie pop through the tiny hole. It was not at all what I expected, but it was indeed a tiny hole for a normal zombie. It was like a tarantula with a 10-cm wide, 50-cm long tail, all black and hairless, as if "burnt to a crisp" were its natural state. It jumped right between the stranger and me. I grabbed the nearest notebook and slapped it to the ground. There, it quickly rose in a humanoid form, as tall and wide as a normal human, having acquired matter from dream logic. It was still aggressive, but the visitor also fought it until it ran away.

A second zombie came out flying. This time I used the same notebook to slap it to the ground before it touched anyone's skin. This one didn't turn humanoid but simply ran away. I wondered what its goals were if not to eat us. I saw it trying to hide, so I followed and started finding ways to hit it from different angles wherever it hid or stood. Suddenly, in a desperate move, it decided to reproduce. It decided I would have no chance against more of it. I thought it would pop a tiny one and stop, but it popped out five miniature creatures in total, and they all ran away at once.

I became a bit desperate, following them around with my visitor, but there was apparently no logic or cure to this disease that infected my home. More than zombies, they started to appear like aliens from Hell.

I simply gave in and skipped the dream. All other dreams are hazy and I can't remember much, sadly, so I woke up feeling a little disappointed that I didn't control my dream pest.
