There is periodically a review process that comes from a member of the community recommending an account which then goes through a review. While there is no formal application process, continue engagement and creating content and it will eventually come, particularly these days with less activity.

99% of the whitelist consists of OCD curated authors. The other 1% comes from manual whitelisting from suggestions made in previousnomination posts. Currently we are only whitelisting authors curated by OCD. Make sure to follow the account for the next whitelist nomination announcement.
