Mojito has everything you need in a hot summer: mint chill, lime freshness, the sweet-spicy taste of rum - the main drink of hot countries. Disputes about the recipe of a truly “correct” mojito are similar to the war of little-pointed and blunt-pointed, so that from an infinite number of variations you have to choose your own and continue to rely only on the fact that summer will be quite sultry.
Ingredients
½ lime;
10 fresh mint leaves;
15 ml of sugar syrup;
200 g of crushed ice;
150 ml of soda (soda water, Sprite).
Cooking
Cut the lime into 3 slices, put them in a tall glass and add the mint. Pour sugar syrup and crush madler.
Fill the glass with crushed ice almost to the top, then pour the soda and gently mix with a cocktail spoon. Add some ice if there is still room and decorate with a mint leaf.
