Is it really? I want to do this again but I want to change the rules. Next time only nominate reps below 45.
Just a suggestion: make that 48 or even 50. It’s getting harder and harder to find the promising newcomers these days. And with a bit of luck, they get to 48 in only 7 days...

Now the one that went to 48 in one week was an exceptional case, but the good newcomers, the one with quality content, grow over 45 pretty fast
