Wow! I never thought about flower battles. In the Philippines, every month of May we always have "Flores De Mayo" and the festivity not only showcases beautiful flowers but also beautiful ladies. The Philippines is a tropical country and we don't have spring but flowers mostly bloom in the month of May hence "Flores de Mayo". Awesome set of pictures @for91days.
So interesting, wondering if the Spanish brought of the the tradition of flower parades.
