The Genesis Cipher, or Pi Cipher, from what I can ascertain, is based off of the Book of Genesis, Chapter I. Researcher Marty Leeds has spoken to this key of gematria many times in his work, and correlates it to the following progression of numbers, letters, and Biblical text (I paraphrase, of course…):

1. In the beginning, Deity, or in this case the deity ELOHIM or ALHIM (or π, as previously discussed here), said “Let there be Light,” and then divided the light from the darkness and called light day and darkness night = Day One = 1 = Letter A

2. Then God created the firmament to separate the waters = Day Two = 2 = Letter B

3. Then God created the Earth, the seas, fruit, seeds, vegetation, etc. etc = Day Three = 3 =Letter C

4. Then God created the various lights in the sky, or upon the screen of the firmament = Day Four = 4 = Letter D

5. Then God created sea creatures and birds = Day Five = 5 = Letter E

6. Then God creates land creatures, beasts, creeping things, and human race, both male and female. = Day Six = 6 = Letter F

7. And then God rested on Day 7 = 7 = Letter G

And with all of that said, you then reverse the sequence as such: H = 6, I = 5, J = 4, K = 3, L = 2, M = 1. One then basically redoes this process to encode the balance of letters of the English language with numbers between 1 through 7. The resulting table is the outcome of such an endeavor:

What can this be used for? Potentially, some would argue, everything in the English language. The basic premise is that those who are smarter than the rest of us, over history’s course, have encoded numbers within unique words and phrases for some unknown purpose. For example, the word Christ is 3-6-5-5-6-7 (or 32). Jesus appears as 4-5-6-6-6 (or 28). Thoth appears as 7-6-2-7-6 (or 32). Hermes also sums to 32 (6-5-5-1-5-6). And good ole’ Lucifer appears as 2-6-3-5-6-5-5 (or 32).

ABRACADABRA

Let’s take a look at the word ABRACADABRA. Why ABRACADABRA? Well for starters, the song was on the radio when I drove home for lunch this past Monday. Secondly, it is typically mentioned in this field of study as a word associated with the devil, magic, a rabbit out of a hat, or something else more nefarious (ie Aleister Crowley, Steve Miller Band). That’s always the easy way to go, but let’s look at it a bit differently. To begin with, where did the word ABRACADABRA come from, and what does it mean? Well, that is quite an origin story!

The word ABRACADABRA’s origin is varied by source. It has been represented throughout the past 200-300 years, from what can be ascertained, as a diminishing, inverted triangle that most frequently appears as such:

ABRACADABRA’s etymology is unique, and no one seems to know exactly what it means. It possibly originated from the Greek word ΑΒΛΑΝΑΘΑΒΛΑ, or ΑΒΡΑΚΑΛΑΒΡΑ. This could possibly relate to the phrase “Thou art our Father.”

ABRACADABRA could also have originated from the mixture of the Hebrew words for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost and the Greek words for “salvation from the wood of the cross.”

Or it could be representative of the cycle of the Sun (Taurus or Abraxas), or the ancient phrase AB – RA – KA – D’AB – RA. The list is endless, really. Whatever its origin, it appears to be a phrase that was repeated over and over until the issuer of the word was put into a trance. At that time various medical miracles/cures could be performed.

Others have written about this on Steemit and elsewhere, so I won’t get into any more details than necessary. What I am curious about, however, is how the Pi Ciphers relates ABRACADABRA to the number 26, to the number 86, to π, and ultimately to God.

Let's Find Deity

First, let us return to this commonly referenced diagram in the world of the occult and esoteric:

Then let us superimpose numbers on to the common depiction of the word ABRACADABRA. We see the word foots to 26 in its full form, and to the number 1 at the bottom. This summation of all column and row series sums foots to 152 (the green box above).

If you do a similar exercise for all of these tables, you will get numbers including 160, 144, and 86. For this analysis, I would argue that the diagram below is the original, authentic, and true format of the spell known as ABRACADABRA:

Why such a thought? To begin with, let’s look at the number 26 (shared on all formats of the word). The number 26 is the number of letters in the Latin alphabet. This implies some type of association with power of Deity and the Latin alphabet. It is also the number of “GOD” in two other gematria systems: the English Ordinal system, and the Hebrew system (the Hebrew word for Jehova/Yahweh is IHVH / יהוה).

Double this number is the number 52. The idea of 52 is that it too is the number of one version of God. One possible Hebrew spelling of God is אלהיו. That foots to 52 in the gematria of the Hebrew language. The number of 52 also appears as the gematria value of the word ABRACADABRA in English Ordinal.

Finally, we return to the number 86. As previously discussed in a previous article, 86 is the gematria equivalent of אלהים, or ALHIM. ALHIM is the title of the deity stated as being Elohim. As such, it is representative of one Creation myth, or the ELOHISTIC creation myth found in the Old Testament.

Finding More (Commonly Accepted) π

Let’s get back to math. To tie this back to π, I constructed another Pythagoras Square with the word ABRACADABRA rearranged the word to read 3.1415 with the Genesis Cipher. It appears as such:

If one take the first 7 digits (recall the 7 days of Creation per the Old Testament) of π, 3.141593, and adds them together, we get 3+1+4+1+5+9+3, or 26. The 26 again ties back to three gematria systems for the number of the name of God. Also curious, if one adds both the sum series of the rows and columns, we get 572; 572 / 11 (the diagonal of the square), we then get 52. Again, I don’t fully understand what the Pythagoras Table accomplishes, but the numbers do tie out to π, 26, and I guess God.

I don’t know what to think, it’s all very odd, but the numbers related to ABRACADABRA appear to a) encode the idea of pi, b) encode the idea of ELOHIM (and its version of Creation) through the gematria of 86 and 26, and c) appear to have meant something to someone along the way. Unfortunately, I doubt any of us will ever get to meet this someone anytime soon.

All Roads Lead Back to Pi

Look out! Here comes Deity!

I think we clearly have a “spell” that is indicative of the grandness and splendor of Deity, or the Grand Architect of the Universe, or even the Godhead. It is curious that someone like Aleister Crowley came along and converted ABRACADABRA to ABRAHADABRA, used different gematria systems, and then is footed to both 418 and 22. I would guess 22 is the more important number, as the word would add more meaning to his lifelong work regarding the Tarot and the power of 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet. Perhaps Crowley despised anything based on the Latin alphabet too.

Crowley and his arrogance aside, there appears to be an important connection with God, 26, and pi. What do you think about this concept once again: the idea that God is nothing more than the ancients idea of the perfect circle, as representative again of the constant π? Add to that the concept of gnosis: what if the circle is still yet another trick of the demiurge and his archons? An archetype that implies divine perfection and bliss, yet is ultimately a symbol that is representative of the prevention our Divine Spark to return to the Godhead upon death, only to be sent back to this corporeal plane of existence. This “divine circle” of return benefits only the demiurge and its archons, for should this circle cease to exist, so to does the demiurge and its creations.
