Beyond Death: Practice
First of all the reason why i do my blog piece by piece is not meant as a cheap setup, the point is i want people to think. If some of you want to rush so be it.
But i want people to reflect on the work, making their questions and finding possible answers for their own or their own personal use.
The techniques as well will be split from the theory, so that you have the time to practice, it shows that there is no need for a rush.
Rome is not build in one day and neither are you XD.
You have the potential though to not only be a sun, but to be a universe!
But it all takes time.
To summarise the practical part of chapter 3:
It is about how you mostly safely build up and learn how to travel in the astral plane and able to use your mental body and your astral body.
They also have their own ways of functioning and things that you are able to do with them.
Also making friends with spirits (or parts of your inner self, depends on your view), but in a safely and distanced manner and slowly building up the relationship with them (or parts of your subconscious self).
Again take your time with this mastering can take up to months! Good luck!

I only read this piece but am glad you use caution. As for me no questions. I have done astral travel as we all have only some remember.
