Obama's war on the 2nd amendment. Now He's attacking gunsmiths?
The Obama administration is now going to force gunsmiths through a presidental directive to pay $2,250 in registration fees to 'manufacture' guns. Under the State Department's new rules any gunsmith upgrading a gun such as threading a barrel or converting it into a SBR(short barreled rifle) must pay the $2,250 fee.
The article doesn't mention if this is a per gun, annual or one time fee but certainly will effect the way gunsmiths do business and opens the door to more federal oversight.
I'm no professional gunsmith but I have fixed a few guns in my life and personally if Obama wants $2,250 from me, I say "Come and take it!"

I hate how people blame obama. Its not even his plan. He's just a fucking puppet, and everyone knows that. when it was bush everyone defended him, but he is the one who passed most things that got us where we are today. just cuz he took pics with guns and said he was all for the second ammendment didnt mean he was. imo there is no difference between bush, obama, or clinton other than skin color and genitalia. is that all folks care about? if it is, we have a lot more to worry about than obama, or even gun confiscation. be safe yall!
Good post, however most people don't even know how to tie their own shoe laces and if you try to go down the rabbit hole their heads literally just explode. So you have to point out to people that the puppet is a bad dude before you try to show them the strings.
I can't believe how many executive orders obama has made. I don't support de-arming the population.
Yes, this one in particular is quite worrisome.
