Why has no. of female executives fallen?

Easy. #metoo painted all men as sexual predators so men have adopted the Mike Pence rule of never meeting with a woman alone. Men stopped socializing with women after work and stopped working on projects with them. They just doubled down on partnering with other men on projects and socialized even more with other men.

Without a proven ability to show support from peers, women aren’t going to get the same number of promotions and without the same number of promotions they aren’t going to get the top spots.

There are recent academic papers giving statistical evidence for the above as well as interviews such as one with Chris Williamson.

Activist women are reaping the results of pushing to replace #innocentuntilprovenguilty with #believethewoman and I don’t know a single woman who pointed out the logical consequences of that.

Why collaborate with members of a group who delude themselves into thinking that their claims need no evidence, when you can reserve your time and resources and preserve your reputation with the other group that isn’t asking to be trusted with no evidence?
