First week of the year was awesome.
Off to a great start, first day of the year I went for a 3 mile run, my time wasn’t the greatest do to the fact that I had been feasting for the prior two weeks. Now that I have my nutrition plan under control I’m glad to say I say I worked out every day so far. I have come up with a great nutritional plan and workout schedule. I’m totally into keto and Tonight I will be baking a ribeye roast. Wish me luck, I’ll post a picture of the finished product.
