As a raw foodie, I love to add flaxseeds or chia seeds as source of fiber to my smoothies or salad dressings - makes a great consistency on top 💚

While writing this, seeds didn't come to my mind, but they truly are a great source of fiber! I've added chia/flax seeds to smoothies but never to salad dressings, I'll have to try it. 😊
