Thank you for sharing your experience. I believe this dialogue is important. I believe meat is a feast food for when we gather with others, but we don't necessarily need it every meal.
Also herbivores (like beef cattle) are an important component in the ecosystem when they are raised correctly.
In the West we should generally eat less meat, but better quality more humanly raised meat.
