This is one of the professions here in our country, if not the only profession, that has lots of graduates every year. There is so much that the hospitals can only take as much. Others cannot have experience because they can't be employed. They would then volunteer to earn experience. Some, if not most, would seek employment abroad. Those who can't end up working in BPOs or tutors. We face the some problems as your country does. What's more, some of those who cannot pass the licensure exam will no longer retake and would rather choose a different profession. There is a percentage of them that didn't like what they studies but because it was what the parents want so they just went for it.
