it is a hard system, shift work does take its toll on people, and the lack of sleep or not even knowing what day of the week it is, or if it is morning or evening. having to keep a work schedule posted on the refrigerator at home so you know if you are working that day or not. The health care providers should have never started being called health care businesses, that was the beginning of the end for health care, when it became all about the money for the government.
