Seeing reoccurring sequence numbers

Do you ever look down at your clock and see the same number almost on a daily basis? Or maybe wake up at the same time every night. Perhaps you're driving down the road and the see the same sequence of numbers on a license plate. This has been a reoccurrence for me for over 20 years. The numbers for me are always 3 13 33 333. In the beginning I thought maybe it was because of the dead hour that I would see these numbers. I have recently discovered and learned that these are angels who are tring to send messages to me. Here recently I have been noticing white feathers when I walk into an area mainly at work. Also something very strange has been happening that now I have ringing in my ears every other day. Here I go down the rabbit hole again! What do these messages mean? Who exactly are sending these messages? Why do I continuously see the same reoccurring sequence numbers throughout the whole day?
