The progress bulletins of Nuls ---JAN.1/16. 2018

1. After some discussions, we have decided on how we will develop the wallet.
2. The push notification module is being developed in the wallet.
3. Github information has been updated.
4. We wrote and proofread the chinese version of the yellowpaper.
5. We developed the UTXO ledger, consensus and network modules.

Community operations:

1. Reaper Ran, the representative of the NULS Chinese community attended the Bitcoin commemoration day.
2. The NULS project sponsored the third phase of the Blockchain Salon which is hosted by Morningbell and Wang Xiaoli, the co-sponsor of NULS
   
3. Yellow paper has been translated and will be released in the coming days
4. The community has designed NULS apparel including sweaters, shirts and hats
5. Reaper Ran, the representative of the NULS Chinese community, participated in the Global Blockchain Summit in Macau
   
6. NULS co-sponsor, Lily Wang, participated in the Blockchain conference on behalf of the NULS community. She shared the NULS project there and raised attention to it in Taipei.
   
7. Communicated the NULS project with members of the NULS Taiwanese community. Community members had in-depth discussions about the various possibilities of adopting NULS in Taiwan in the future.
8. "The Top Ten contributors in the fourth quarter of 2017 for the NULS community" has been completed. Thank you for supporting NULS. We hope we can advance hand-in-hand in the future.
   
9. NULS is prepared to attend more famous blockchain conferences around the world.
