Damn, so it is pretty much confirmed the tanks are not sealing the material. That was a question my father brought up after seeing the hole. Let's hope they at least come up with a good solution after suppressing all information.
I hear you. Sounds like they need to completely seal the entire tunnel with a huge metal tunnel on top of it?
