The natural medicine book effort sounds interesting, but it is more Marian's field. (My wife)
Would they want reviews of natural medicine books, or can one talk about the exorbitant prices of healthy foods over here?

They give the details of the challenge and what they are looking for in the link I gave you. I think they want more of a personal take on books that you use or if you don't have access to books you can do a write up of videos etc. Interview your wife about the place natural medicine books have in her life!
I have another idea for a fund raiser - put your photos into a book and sell them. I cna help you put them together and I have a lovely template for creating photo books and can help you get them up on Amazon and other online book stores. DM me on discord if you are interested my friend!
The strange thing here is that Marian has also asked me why I don't sell my photos. Especially as she thinks that I am just giving them away.
Maybe your idea about a photo book could be good and I will definitely DM you tomorrow my friend.
