What is SoulDoodle or FreeDrawing?
Since we humans exist here, we communicate with each other. A part of the communication is self-expression: I will show myself to the world. The high degree of self expression is art, and since man is primarily a visual being in physical imagery, lines, colors, shapes.
Drawing is a very ancient tool for self-expression. While drawing, even if we are scribbling, the instantaneous content of our soul is mapped. In the drawing on paper, there are symbolic messages that come from our subconscious, our 'inner child'. If we can read about these messages, we can learn more about ourselves.
As you draw, you can not feel the passage of time, you are going to be constantly present. It is also a kind of meditation, but an active one.

Purple and green what a lovely mix the very last is my pick, yes expressing oneself in art and color makes us display a little about who we are.
