Moringa, el árbol milagro
Esta planta está en el patio de mi casa, se llama moringa, ofrece valiosos recursos nutricionales y energéticos, y destaca por sus propiedades medicinales, así como combatir la fatiga, el colesterol o procesos inflamatorios a evitar las infecciones entre otras.
Entre sus propiedades y el cual mas me llama la atención es que ayuda a perder peso, tienes vitaminas A, C,E y Sales minerales (potasio, calcio, hierro, magnesio, cinc).
