Afternoon Break - Still Life Composition
Last week pretty much had a gloomy atmosphere mostly because of a typhoon and honestly, I enjoy serene atmospheres like it. It makes me feel calm and composed. Especially when there is rain, it just feels so relaxing watching outside. I was glad to have captured a moment of it, drinking hot chocolate.
This was my second time using ink to render. I'm beginning to learn how to control it better and it just feels so much better than pencil.

It looks good. Inkbis unforgiving as I learned on a recent self-portrait I did...I made a mistake and have to live with it. Anyway, it looks like you captured the scene and mood pretty well. Nice job.
