Daily Dose

Sketches and drawings are my go-to activity whenever I am on a streak of painting. I think they are really important for the mind and the hands as a means of refreshment and break. Since portraits are one of my favorite subjects of study and/or spending time in my sketchbooks, that is what I dedicated my time to.

I was watching Cosmos alongside and it was a big mistake lol. Thanks to the awesome graphics and visuals of the series (as always). I was quickly losing my interest in these pages and my mind was forcing me to switch to colors ASAP! I also set up a small but new workstation today and that has really boosted my productivity. I have definitely sensed the change within a few hours!

Anyway, this is one of my daily dose of refreshment. What is YOURS?
