NTOK Overview | Decentralised Peer-to-Peer Learning Platform
NTOK is developing a decentralized peer-to-peer platform in order to create a global ecosystem for continuing education. The concept here is to make it easier for the tutors and students to find one another.
In other words, the goal of the NTOK platform is to allow NTOK token holders, both tutors and students, to interact directly. Therefore, removing the middlemen such as commercial schools or study centers from the equation. The goal being to create economic benefits for the key participants in the ecosystem.
NTOK token
The NTOK token will therefore be used as a means of payment. Students will pay with NTOK, then teachers and content providers will earn NTOK for their services. The key idea here is that students directly pay tutors for the lessons using NTOK tokens.
They have already created an Alpha version of the NTOK platform, which is currently being tested as an online English language school at tutor-ninja.com

Their taks now is to leverage the existing centralized platform to develop a true peer-to-peer solution
Impossible to fake ratings — One of the key features they are leveraging is that it will be impossible to fake ratings in the NTOK platform. By using the Blockchain they will guarantee the transparency and safety of the information on the experience and quality of tutors through ranking and review system built on the blockchain.
No intermediaries — they want to eliminate intermediaries between tutors and students and therefore significantly reduce the cost of lessons.
