RE: My Steemit FEED Is NOT Working Properly!!!
Are you 100% sure the content from the users you follow are not in your feed? Can you maybe show one example?
The trending pages are not chronological, also re-steems can sometimes make things look asynchronous...
At least YOU show up in my feed, and that's what matters, right?
Yes @fitzgibbon, let's call it 99% sure. I will browse for an example. It's been a few times that realised something isn't right. I'll get an example, not now though, then comment here :) Glad I'm showing up in yours :):) In the interim, check, maybe you'll pick up on somerhing...
Ahhh, I think you might be onto something. I might be a complete idiot. Will my personal feed also change depending on my selection of category i.e. new, trending etc. If yes, thanks, you answered my question. I'm thinking the answer is probably yes. I will adjust this post to inform minnows then!! Or just do a new post, I don't know.
You're welcome :)
But I do understand your feeling, getting contents sorted on Steemit is a nightmare at the moment. I hope they come soon with multiple feed customization options.
I need different feeds for content:
Or just in short, customizable lists...
Lol, omw, I can't believe that such a simple thing caused me so many problems. Thanks, you're an absolute champion :):) Thanks for switching the light on, lol. EDIT: Nope, checked this morning, the light has been switched off again. I thought I can adjust my personal feed via new, trending or whatever. I don't understand how the personal feed works...
I was wondering if the rep plays a role, as sometimes someone with a higher rep who posted a couple of hours ago lingers around longer than log rep user posts.
Yeah, idk. To me it just seems as if not all the content pops up. I keep a close eye on my feed and an even closer one on certain accounts. Some of my favourites slipped through the holes somehow. As mentioned by @fitzgibbon I should gather the evidence :)
Well crafted.
