If you walk into any yoga studio or shala you will see men practicing yoga without shirts on. You will not see women doing this. The raciest of us are practicing in bras or tank tops sans bras.... I used to practice in a bra, tank top, and leggings... And I was always having to pull something down or up... Then I started practicing in a tank top/bra and shorts... better. When I'm at home, most of the time I practice in shorts or panties with no top... Because I'm sick of having to constantly tug something over my nipples.. God forbid someone sees my nipples (even though we see mens' nipples all the time that are functional 0% of the time)... Anyway, my husband took some photos of what my real-life weekend practice (weekends my kiddo is usually not home) looks like:

Intermediate? I wouldn't call that intermediate.
Check out ashtanga 3rd, 4th, 5th... and 6th (if you can find it). Ashtanga is a very demanding practice which is why I love it. Most yoga bends to the practioner. There is nothing wrong with this!!! I love the kind of yoga that expects more from me, though. I love being challenged
There are "naked Yoga" classes around. See if there are any in your area.

There are. Not in my area. From what I've heard, these classes are mostly full of gay men (so if I came across one of these classes, I'm sure I'd feel comfortable in it). For some reason, I don't like practicing totally nude. Sometimes I will practice in just a thong... but I like something between my lady parts and a potentially not super clean mat 😹
