It's the first Secret Toy game, which started a series of currently
four games in total, all similar in quality, featuring different themes.

This one is about Mikoto and her lineup of toys.
There is no male character to be found in this game.

All you can really do is enjoy all the possible scenes.
Clicking the screen will advance the current event however there
are several more or less hidden paths to travel down.

I currently own version 7.0.
Not because this game was made by valve and required hotfixing over
several months but because the creator actually keeps adding content
every now and again to extend the game by a few new possibilities.
Since the release of this game, the content was just about doubled.

Since graphics are mostly a matter of taste, I'll leave the final judgement
to you, however let me tell you that the animations are very smooth here.
You can also use a variate of filters and change the lighting.
I don't tend to use these at all though.

The extended content tends to have increasingly more fetish-y themes.
You can get the full game or a trial version legally on DLSite
or you can try searching for the game on your own
on sites like the nyaa tracker to get it for free.
I recommend buying it though, mostly to support the developer and also
because you'll have trouble updating your game unless you can find
a pre-patched version somewhere.
