11 month butt progress. How I doubled the size of my butt in less then a year by just doing squats.
Well guys this is my first post, im not super educated or a great writer so this might be a hard read, but im just trying to get to the point and show you guys how I got the progress I got, anyways first we have the starting point
thats what I started with almost 11 months ago when I made the decision to work on my ass because quite frankly i wasn't happy, I began eating more food and training with squats every other day
I was doing 100 bodyweight squats everyday for 2 months and I saw some good progress
After these months I was working with a much more plump butt now but I really had to dial things up so for the next 3 months I did 200 squats everyday and it made me sore as hell but I pushed through it no matter what, finally after those 3 months I started eating a lot more food and doing 300 squats everyday, at this point I was extremely sore but kept it up for the rest of my time until now.
And there it was slowly watched my butt grow in front of me I knew I was doing something right when everybody kept asking to fuck my butt lol anyways how was my progress? Leave your feedback, ohh and does anybody want to see a guide on how to give head as my next post? Let me know everybody!!
