There is another software called Make Human that you can create a full human will all the attributes customizable. But the down side is that you might have to rig it and skin it so you can animate in Maya, 3Ds Max or Blender. I hope this helps
Yeah this is WAY beyond Make Human. It is beyond Fuse as well. I used Make Human before.
We use these in Blender frequently... but I tend to bring them straight into the Unity Game Engine as an FBX and can animate them and use them for whatever there.
